Fort Belvoir Community Hospital and its outlying health centers at Dumfries, Fairfax, and DiLorenzo are OPEN under 2 hours DELAYED ARRIVAL on March 22, 2018. All Emergency personnel will report for work as scheduled and non-emergency employees have the option for UNSCHEDULED LEAVE or UNSCHEDULED TELEWORK. All routine and acute appointments scheduled before 9 a.m. are cancelled. Clinical staff will reschedule cancelled appointments directly with patients. All elective surgical procedures remain on schedule; however, patients can contact the ambulatory procedure unit at 571-231-4185 after 6 a.m. to notify staff of a delay in arrival. Emergency Room services remain open. Military and civilian staff who are unsure of their status, have questions about the operating status of their department or who may have difficulty reporting must contact their immediate supervisor.

The laboratory and pharmacies at Belvoir Hospital, Fort Belvoir Post Exchange, DiLorenzo and the Family Health Clinics at Dumfries and Fairfax will close TODAY at 2 p.m. All appointments after 2 p.m. are cancelled. Clinical staff will reschedule cancelled appointments directly with patients. All elective surgical procedures, to include GI remain on schedule. Emergency Room services remain open.
